What's new? + BOREDOM BUSTERS + Beta Museum! + RANDOM PEOPLE

Hey guys, Hyper here! we've got a bit of news to cover so why not do it I guess?

First of all we have the new rose table for members:

Please note that you can have many different colors of roses for your table! Including black, blue, purple, white, you name it!


I created a page on this blog called BOREDOM BUSTERS, and it's officially launched! You need an idea to keep having fun on Animal Jam? Check out my blog in Boredom Busters!


My den's theme is a Beta Museum. Make sure to check it out if you want! So far I've had a few donations from Gringersnap and others, and if you donate a den beta item, I'll shout you out in the next blog post I have!

Finally I'm going to be updating random people soon. So stay tuned for that. Please note that the new random people will be at the top, not the bottom of the page.

What's new?! + RARE PANDA ITEMS? + NEW PET + SUSPENSION SCAM

Hey guys, Hyper here! I've since been on another vacation, with some personal problems to deal with as well. And so far this has only told me that animal jam is an outlet. It helps me escape from my problems! next time you're feeling down or bored, remember to stop by the near perfect world of AJ.

Since I've been gone, a lot of great summer activities have been added to the list of furniture!
PLUS a little tip, on the horseshoe toss and the croquet set, you can purchase the individual croquet balls or horseshoes by selecting the button you'd usually use to change colors. I purchased the horseshoe toss for my epic western den!

PANDAS!

Pandas have returned to Jamaa! and cool panda items that originally were released for an hour have officially been released in the furniture shop. However they'll only be available for a few more days!

Also PANDA PAWS have been released in the Diamond Shop.

On the topic of clothes, the FLOWER CAPE has been released as well! That'll keep my style fresh.

 

ARCTIC WOLVES

The Arctic Wolves of Jamaa are traveling for a while. Can't wait to see them again!

THE NEW PET?!
The new pet is an ECHIDNA! AND IT'S ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!!

I got an echidna out of the eggs, and that must've been the new pet they were talking about! His name is Comfybuddy and I love him. get yours by taking a chance with an egg!

BORED?

If you're bored, I always just wear out my boredom with drawing. This is a drawing I made!

SUSPENSION SCAM? 

Another suspension scam has risen. My main account was banned as I wanted to test if it was a real suspension scam and yes, it was.

Someone will say "Come to my den for a free spike, no trust!"

First of all, never believe that. That's always a ticket to trouble.

Then you will participate in a typing game. They will eventually tell you to type "meat." After you've typed that in, they will tell you to type in "spin." This will get you suspended for a day.

The reason is because this is a reference to a highly inappropriate site. Kids are being tricked into saying it and are getting suspended. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT.

What's new? + ANIMAL ORIGINS

Sorry for being gone for so long. The phantoms in real life were getting to me. For instance I had a few stomach aches. And a few stubbed toes. But that's not too much of an excuse. Sorry, I was out on vacation and a few stressful things happened afterward, but no matter. I'm okay and ready to play more AJ!

We've got a lot going on since I've been gone.

First of all, we have a ton of new clothes!

here we have the squid hat, and the summer Mohawk. Both are pretty darn radical!

Also with the clothing in the jam mart, we have a lot of hype going for Freedom Day! (July 4th) Who knows what AJHQ has in store for us this year! What we do know so far is that AJHQ will be hosting an epic fireworks party, and that we've got some clothes. The freedom clothing this year includes:

 

I picked myself up a Freedom Legendary Glove, because it looks super cool.

Also we have a lot of new furniture both on land and under the sea.

I picked myself up a gold panning pond, because I'm working on a wild west style den.

That actually brings me into my next topic, ANIMAL ORIGINS.

For my three animals,

•    General Rockytank the wolf
•    Old Strongeagle the coyote
•    Emperor Coldmoon the otter

I will be making stories for all three of them. The stories will be updated weekly, and keep in tune, because who knows what exciting things happen to them. Here's an introduction to each character:

       Old Strongeagle is a western boy, born in western kimbara outback. He was born into a poor family, and had low education. He was bullied at the school he'd gone to and was bullied throughout his life by his peers, because he had been smarter than the others, and the bullied had feared what he was capable of. 

       General Rockytank is the General of a local militia in Mt. Shiveer called the Frozen Soldiers. His militia has run through hard times however as 13 of the 40 military men/women have been kidnapped by phantoms, and he is pressured to find them.

       Emperor Coldmoon works alongside Greely and believes in the total elimination of phantoms. Coldmoon does not believe in there being a good phantom, but Greely disagrees. Coldmoon is always on the hunt for phantoms and is ready for total war, and is constantly fighting with Greely on the thought of good phantoms.

What Was Added?

Hi everyone! It's me, Hyper. I've got a LOT of news and stories to cover.

First of all, a spike sale is coming to Jamaa! Prices for spike clothes have dropped immensely. However people are upset about this. A lot of people feel as if this will make the market for spiked collars deteriorate. And some are happy because they were never able to own any spiked items.

Personally, I think the sale is not too great of an idea. This will definitely make the market for spiked collars smaller, and it will only harm the nostalgic and unique charm that comes from spiked collars.


The animals traveling through Jamaa are switching! Arctic Foxes are leaving on July 6th, and Pandas will be returning soon.


A new ADVENTURE is available. The adventure is named Battle for the Beacon. I haven't played it yet, but I can;t wait to do so!


ALL NEW Animal Jam books have arrived!

The two books are called Call of the Alphas, and The Phantom Secret. I actually might preview these books, and see if they're interesting. Get them on Amazon or Barnes and Noble.


Finally we have a new den. Greeley's hideout!

This den is MASSIVE. Personally I'm into smaller dens because they feel more cozy, but if you're a fan of lots of space, I definitely recommend this awesome den!

THAT Was Added?

Sup guys! I have plenty of news to cover!

First of all, if you love underwater houses and items, then boy is there a treat for you. The SANDCASTLE has been added and it's the BIGGEST den that's ever been made for underwater. I previewed it, and it is MASSIVE. Not only that, but new items involving sandcastles have been added as well!

Introducing the Sandcastle Sconce, the Sandcastle Tapestry, and the Sandcastle Chair!
Travel to Kani Cove to get these awesome pieces of furniture!

Also the Summer Carnival is back on!
All new items were added like the Pizza Hat and the Pineapple Hat! My personal favorite of the clothes is the sombrero.

It looks shady and covers the eyes, which is what I generally look for. If you're interested in it, it's at a price of 4,000 tickets. That's a lot, but I think it's worth it. I'm trying to save up to buy it.

The Sandcastle is exciting news for the underwater community. And now pet DOLPHINS are available! They are adorable, and I bought one myself. He's sneaky, and loves lava lamps. He's awfully cute, too!

 

As for news on the blog, I'm going to be adding a new section where I give tips on games. For instance, I will give tips on how to always win on the Jamaa Derby. By the way, look forward to that one, because that's the first game I'll cover.

Hello Again!

Hey Hammers!
         How's it going? It's been three years since I was last active. That's three years of missing out on the awesome thing that is Animal Jam. I'm going to announce happily, that I am returning and I will be posting. However I can not say that I'll be posting daily, as my life is relatively busy. I'm 14 years old. Life gets somewhat more intense. Animal Jam is an outlet for people. This just proves that No matter how old you are, have fun in whatever way you want. If people tell you not to have fun, then go have fun.
          You may have also noticed the name change. I'm now known as Hyperbird77. No longer Slugehammer. I hope you guys are okay with that, as it's highly unlikely I'm going back to Slugehammer. But I'm happy to see y'all again! I hope you guys will have as much fun as I will!
